General delivery regulations
We realise deliveries to every place in Poland. Our flowers are always of the highest quality and on time.
If the recipient is not at the deliver address you have provided, courier will leave a note with the information about the delivery, the address of florist's realising the order and contact information to Online Florist's "e-kwiaty". If there is no response from the recipient after one working day, the order will be cancelled. To send a bouquet again, the Sender will have to order again and will be fully charged. All orders made via the Internet, as well as fax, phone and direct orders, are binding. Delivery confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address and/or it will be given by phone. You can make changes or cancellations to your order by telephone, not later than six hours to the delivery time. Note all transactions are in PLN (Polish) currency, it is also the currency of refunds. We will not be responsible for delays or cancellations of your order if you give us wrong address or you have not enough resources on your credit card.
We kindly inform you that in our Online Florist's we offer you three variants of flower arrangements:
- small (flowers without decorations)
- medium (bouquet just like in the picture)
- large (bouquet larger than in the picture)
Products versions - rose bouquets sizes and kinds
- small (size: 40 cm long)
- medium (size: 60-70 cm long)
- large (size: 80-100 cm long)

2. Payment Cards
The eCard S.A. authorisation system enables us to accept payments from all over the world. It is the only such a system in Poland that authorises payments from Cards operating under Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The eCard S.A. system guarantees highest level of security for our customers. The system ensures high security thanks to the fact that card-numbers are not passed to the internet shop and are not stored anywhere. Every client is sure that only he or she and the bank know their credit card number.
Remember that you need so-called classic payment cards with embossed numbers. INTELIGO VISA ELECTRON (Visa Electron of Inteligo bank) is also supported.
eCard S.A. authorises credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Mastercard, American Express.
Visa Electron/Maestro Cards (with the exception of Inteligo Visa Electron) are not supported by the system.

Order realisation time
Same-day delivery is possible if you order by 4p.m. (on working days). Orders for Saturday and Sunday are taken until midday on Saturday. Only after being ordered in such an advance your bouquet can be delivered on the time you requested. Flower orders are taken from 9a.m. till 8p.m. on working days and from 10a.m. till 5p.m. during weekends. We do not realise orders on public holidays. Bouquets with gifts are delivered after 48 hours (on working days). Gifts are sent within 24 hours (on working days) and the realisation time depends on courier service. Delivery hour is an approximate time of receiving the package.
The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered on time and with the best quality.
We guarantee freshness of our arrangements for 2 days. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please notify us by phone, not later than 24 hours after you received your order. Call us: (+48) 81 534 33 44 or e-mail us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the highly unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we investigate your order. We offer a full refund , in case an order is not fulfilled. If the payment was made vie Credit Card service, bank transfer or the Citiconnect service, we will send a full refund directly to our client's account. If there was a cash payment, postal order or bank transfer refunds will be send by bank transfer.
