- Where can I send flowers?

We guarantee the highest quality of our services only in Poland. We cooperate with over 700 florists, and this enables us to deliver orders even 2 hours after getting the order.


- How can I pay for my order?

The best method of payment is Credit Card transfer, which gives us the possibility to proceed with the order immediately. You can also pay by internet transfer, PlatnosciPL service, bank transfer, or postal order to our company's address.


- What is the time of order realisation?

If you prefer same day flower delivery, order by 4p.m. (on working days). Orders for Saturday and Sunday need to be made by 12 noon on Saturday. Only then we are able to realise your order on time.

Orders are realised from 9a.m. till 8p.m. on working days, and from 10a.m. till 5p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. We do not realise orders on public holidays.

Delivery hour is an approximate time of receiving the package.<


- Does the price include delivery fee?

There are no additional costs, the price we give you includes delivery fee.


- What happens if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is not at the delivery address you have provided, courier will leave a note with the information about the delivery, the address of the florist realising the order and contact information to Online Florist "e-kwiaty". If there is no response from the recipient after one working day, the order will be cancelled. To send a bouquet again, the Sender will have to order again and will be fully charged.


- Can I make a telephone order?

The best way to order is via the internet, but if you do not have an internet access there is a possibility to order by telephone. All orders made via the Internet, as well as fax, phone and direct orders, are binding.


- What are the sizes of particular versions of bouquets?

All the bouquets in the photographs are medium version.


- Are there any gifts in offer to add to my order?

Yes, additional gifts are available to choose in the Shopping Cart. You can choose them when you add any product from our offer to your Shopping Cart. Additions are available only with flowers.


- Can I add a message to my order?

Yes, you can add a message in the field NOTE. It will be added on a special gift card.


- How can I order custom number of roses?

You can order any number of roses you want using our special ROSE BOUQUET CREATOR. Thanks to this tool, you can choose the best length, number, colour and arrangement of your roses.


- Can I be anonymous?

ona:The sender?s details are not given away to the receiver. That is why we offer a field called NOTE where you can reveal your identity. If you leave this field empty, your delivery will be ANONYMOUS!


- Do I have to register if I want to order a bouquet?

No, registering is not compulsory. But it is highly advisable to make an account, because it gives you many benefits and conveniences.


- Can I order directly?

We have our registered office in Lublin; that is why a direct contact may be impossible. We guarantee the best quality of our services regardless of distance.


- What Payment Cards do you accept?

For interner transfering you need so-called classic payment cards with embossed numbers. eCard S.A. authorises Payment Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express. INTELIGO VISA ELECTRON is also supported (Visa Electron from Inteligo bank) as an exception.


- What Payment Cards are not accepted?

Visa Electron/Maestro Cards (with the exception of Inteligo Visa Electron) are not supported by the system.
